The plant incorporated a host of equipment such as air pumps, incinerators, primary, secondary and tertiary tanks, as well as a host of other sophisticated waste management systems. The plant was designed to minimize environmental pollution and minimize the risk of hazardous waste and chemicals entering the natural environment.
